I went through the drive through. I ordered a quarter pounder and a 10 piece. I drive away and after I drove away eventually looked in the bag to find a quarter pounder and a big Mac. Even after the person at the window asked what my order was and I told her a quarter pounder and a 10 piece. I even asked for sweet and sour sauce and she gave me 2 of them. I don't feel like my service or the food which was mostly cold anyways was that great and the service even in a slow drive...read full review

The drive thru taker who received my order and my $$ was AMAZING. He smiled and was so friendly. When I received my food at the next window the two girls were so involved with their conversation that they totally ignored my hello and my thank you. She handed me my food, didn't even look at me or speak and shut the window as soon as my food was handed to me. Maybe some customer service training?? Review feedbacks??April 6th, 2024 @1230p.
