I was a Starbucks partner for over 2 years and while I can tell they have some new staff, my food and drink is always made correctly & really fast! Mobile ordering is definitely faster at this location due to the newer staff and sometimes they don't check if an item is going to lobby or drive thru. Otherwise great & friendly customer service!
I Went to Starbucks this morning store #02815 at 320 SW century Dr. In bend.The lobby was closed, I don’t know if this is due to Covid or a lack of employees. I decided to brave the drive-through despite the long line, I am so glad I did. The line went really fast, the employee on the intercom was professional, friendly & efficient! Friendly staff and the standard SBUX food/drinks.One negative is the lack of seating: in recent months the number of regular tables went from three down to one. So unless you want to sit on a fairly uncomfortable high chair at a counter or communal table, getting some work done on your laptop while enjoying a bev or snack is usually not possible at this location. Lot's of empty space where they used to have tables -- not sure why they were removed.
