Friendly staff and the standard SBUX food/drinks.One negative is the lack of seating: in recent months the number of regular tables went from three down to one. So unless you want to sit on a fairly uncomfortable high chair at a counter or communal table, getting some work done on your laptop while enjoying a bev or snack is usually not possible at this location. Lot's of empty space where they used to have tables -- not sure why they were removed.

This is for the Starbucks inside the Safeway in Bend Oregon. The coffee was good the two boys there were friendly but they were having a sale on some of their Starbucks cups and it was very misleading the way they did it they had a sticker underneath the cup that said the percentage off that it was but they failed to let you know that the percentage was already marked down so it was very deceiving when I was to think that I was going to get the couple whole lot cheaper I did not because they said their manager told them to do it that way that was very deceiving and very uncool that really irritated me.

Ordered an ice coffee today, they did not mix the syrup at all and it all ended up on the bottom. The coffee tasted horrible, when I asked to have it remade they gave me a cup full of foam and ice..3 sips and it was gone. I mentioned again that it wasn't right and was referred to another person. " xxx made it complain to her " was the response.

With all the amazing coffee options in this town, why did I stop get coffee here? Espresso is terrible tasting, and the cup of coffee tasted burnt. I am lazy and it was right there. I guess that's what Starbucks is cashing in on. Staff was friendly.

Drive thru and lobby closed with NO notation as to why, sais theyre open on internet. Phone always has a busy signal as well. Hard to want to plan to go somewhere when you don't know if they'll be open or not and waste time trying....maybe update your hours online of they have changed??? Maaaaay be a solid idea.
