“I was lucky enough to come here yes you read that correctly lucky enough! Had a truly 4-5 star meal and the customer service I recieved was beyond great it had to be hands down the best. The cashier I had to ask her name Star deserves a raise y’all she was extremely polite and I didn’t even have to ask for any sauces that’s like a first she had it nailed everything I wanted to ask for but didn’t. “When I showed up, they had 30 or so firefighters huddled around a speaker ordering and I could tell how hard the staff were working to make sure the order was correct for them. There was a wait, but that's what happens when there are 30 people ordering ahead of you!The staff was so sweet and made a rough day of mine much better. Keep up the good work ?“
“I rarely do fast food anymore, what with inflation and price gouging, plus just the general health of it, but this place was a pleasant surprise. Despite the severe understanding during my visit (it was a holiday weekend) and the glitchy tech the staff was forced to contest with that delayed my order, said staff were super polite and overly generous in their compensation for what was at worst a minor inconvenience.“

“Thanks to other Yelpers, we found this gem during a road trip. We stopped at Costco in Medford for gas and looked for a local breakfast place nearby. We had the best breakfast and the friendliest service of any place we've been. I ate every bite of the country fried steak and eggs. So delicious! Hubby had a Denver omelette and was completely satisfied. Servers kept coming by to offer coffee and tea, and they filled my iced tea so I could put it in my thermos for the car. I wish we had one of these in my home town so we could eat here all the time.“
