“I had not been to a KFC location in a couple of years. (It's not a restaurant we have in Juneau, AK). This KFC location was empty of other customers when we arrived. The building was bright and clean. The staff were friendly and competent. The food service was fast and the food itself tasted great! I ordered the KFC version of chicken nuggets, their fries, and a soda. The food was nicely seasoned. No complaints! I'm glad to have tried KFC again and was not disappointed.Kid-friendliness: With bright colors, clean floors and tables, good food, and plenty of places to sit, this KFC location seems perfect for busy moms with littles, big kids, or a combination of the two who are looking for a break from cooking/making one of the meals for her family throughout any given week. The food is certain to satisfy hungry bellies and the staff I met were kind and friendly.“
“new kid was kinda shy. sign said no self serve icecream and we asked if that had been a problem at that location and he said he didnt know why they had the sign, no one has ever tried to help themselves. lol. love the churro dipped icecream!!“
“When I showed up, they had 30 or so firefighters huddled around a speaker ordering and I could tell how hard the staff were working to make sure the order was correct for them. There was a wait, but that's what happens when there are 30 people ordering ahead of you!The staff was so sweet and made a rough day of mine much better. Keep up the good work ?“
“I went here on July 20th had great service no issues with my food mike was really helpful I didn't get rushed while I was ordering he wish I had a good day and a great meal definitely one of the best interactions ever from here thank u for making me feel welcome at this taco bell location“
“I rarely do fast food anymore, what with inflation and price gouging, plus just the general health of it, but this place was a pleasant surprise. Despite the severe understanding during my visit (it was a holiday weekend) and the glitchy tech the staff was forced to contest with that delayed my order, said staff were super polite and overly generous in their compensation for what was at worst a minor inconvenience.“

“Good food but you’d think they would put out a sign for customers using the drive thru, that says not to block the main road into the mall, people sitting there waiting to turn right for the drive thru blocking others that aren’t here for In n Out and almost causing head on accidents.“
“My kiddo and wife decided that we were going to grab some chick fil a today. I am normally a no thanks participant. Well I have been wrong food customer service and atmosphere was awesome. The young man at the counter was rocking the register and drinks. I was impressed.“
“I was lucky enough to come here yes you read that correctly lucky enough! Had a truly 4-5 star meal and the customer service I recieved was beyond great it had to be hands down the best. The cashier I had to ask her name Star deserves a raise y’all she was extremely polite and I didn’t even have to ask for any sauces that’s like a first she had it nailed everything I wanted to ask for but didn’t. Absolute darling and the place was super clean and pretty big compared to others I’ve seen. Thank you so for the lovely dinner and Star for your stellar customer service!
