My daughter and I stopped in to give Liberated a try. We bought a breakfast hand pie, 3 berry hand pie and a cookie, They were all wonderful. The texture of the crust was great, not heavy or with a gritty feel and good flavor. The cookie was delicious also. We didn't realize that they also have a regular café with lots of salads and sandwiches also. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Limited selection, went in to get gluten free buns, they were out of fresh. I got some frozen flat bread. $8/ 6 cupcakes looked good but couldn't pull the trigger for $5/

Love that I can order anything and it's gluten free! My favorite is a bagel breakfast sandwich! It's always worth trying something in the baked goods case, too!

I have a legit wheat allergy and have in large part given up on bread/baked goods because the GF substitutes are generally gross. But this place!!!! It's delicious they have given this girl back her baked products, so amazing! Will be back regularly!

I needed some Vegan cookies last minute for work, when I popped in they only had about 4 cookies available since they had nearly sold out for the day. However they had some extra dough available so they cooked up a fresh batch for me, wrapped them up individually AND they did all this for me in about an hour. Great product and friendly staff. If you are GF or on a special diet check this place out-incredible!

Delicious! I started going to this bakery back when they were located in Gresham. The German chocolate cake was AMAZING! There isn't a pastry or bread here that I don't like, but the cinnamon rolls are especially wonderful. I forget I'm eating gf! Excellent cookies too. Good place for a sandwich also that even non-gf folks can enjoy. Lunch is a little on the expensive side, but it is very good, especially the turkey sandwich with avocado. Friendly staff, attractive display, laid back vibe in fairly convenient location. Remember to place orders for holidays ahead of time: pie crusts, breads, dinner rolls, and more. Great place for gf folks to find truly tasty treats.
