The tiny bakery behind the Tokyo Bistro restaurant is a hidden gem. The breads are made fresh every day they are open. Sourdough bread is ready early in the morning and the focaccia is ready after that. The prices are comparable and the staff was friendly and informative.
This place does some commercial baking for other businesses in the area. They have a small rack at the front of their bakery with some products. I looked around town for some fresh bread, and I couldn't find any. I stopped here on a whim, and I am so glad I did. For bread made in America, I thought it was very well done. A lady standing next to me so you have to try the cranberry walnut bread. I was there for some sourdough, so perhaps next time

Best focaccia bread I have had. Cookies and sourdough are also very good. Prices are reasonable. Only a couple of parking spots and they are angled to make you feel like you're driving the wrong way in the parking lot. If you want your pick be there at 1 because the bread is so good that restaurants get it shortly after baking.
