Got taco bell late last night and they screwed up the whole order.my nachos didn't even have any cheese.the food was cold as well. Won't be going back!!

I love taco bell. Since they rebuilt their quality of food and service has seriously improved. 4 stars because they're not perfect, occasionally an item gets made incorrectly or not included but it is more uncommon than at some burger fast food places.
I'm pretty sure i just waited 40 minutes for a dd. I delivered it finally to the motel I think they gave up and went to bed.

Dining room trashy, food and napkins littering floor.Convenience center was dirty and out of stock sauce packages, forks, and knives.Service was outstanding.
Don’t expect good service unless you’re going through the drive thru, every time I go in I’m ignored for a solid few minutes till they decide to help to me, what’s happening to customer service?

I usually order at the North Bend location but I was on this side of town and decided to try. I got my regular fiesta veggie burrito and added potatoes. The potatoes were so hard. Not even just a little dry, overdone, or old. These were hard as rocks. Overall, bad experience.
