This is my go-to spot to study. The service is great and you're welcome to stay for hours and work on classes. It's great to have coffee so close by for when studying is putting me to sleep, and I never find the cafe background noise too loud.
Java II is a little café in The Valley Library. It's located on the first floor but the easiest way to access it is from the main entrance of the library (which is technically the second floor). It's a decent place to study - its quiet early and later in the day, but from about mid-morning through the afternoon, it can be pretty noisy with all the people that come to sit/hang out.
