My new favorite dish: cabbage aloo! Spiced just right and the potatoes were grilled not mushy. We had 6 other dishes and everything was consumed heartily. Very enjoyable meal with friends.Vegetarian options: We only had vegetarian dishes and they were delicious. Malia Kofta sweet and mild. Channa Saag Indian spices was savory. These were 2 other favorites. The garlic nan is so yummy to go with the meal.
Nirvana gave me and my son one of the best meals we've had out in a long time. Great flavor, served hot. Lots to choose from and absolutely genuine warm and friendly staff. Two huge thumbs up! Thank you for a great experience.

We love Indian food so as we were passing through Corvallis we were very happy to see that Corvallis now has a couple of selections for Indian restaurants. After reading the reviews, we selected Nirvana as the one we would try. Upon entering, we were impressed with how clean the restaurant was, very neat and orderly, but didn't have a lot of Indian decorum.
