Barry's is the only Jewish deli in town. They make a great matzo ball soup (extremely dense matzo balls if that is what you prefer) and Hungarian mushroom soup! They have a lot of delicious baked goods, including items like hamantaschen, bialys, and varying types of rugelach among a sea of other choices. The service isn't very warm and the seating area itself leaves a lot to be desired but I think it's mostly on par for what you'd expect at an order at the counter deli.
On Wednesday January 10th I Finally found a place here that makes onion bialys. It was delicious. It was so good, I ate the whole Bialys before I thought about taking a picture L O L. And I also got a black and white cookie- it was different in a delightful way as the sugar cookie had a distinct lemon flavor that made it even more delicious. Again, no picture. I will try to take a picture next time but no guarantees the place was busy but service was efficient.

There was a great selection of sandwiches, salads, soups, and OMG - the pastries and desserts! I live near Riverbend Hospital, so it is a long drive, but I will definitely be back. Friendly employees, good prices, tasty food.
