Delicious BBQ from a master. At this point, we've tried everything on their menu, and it is all great. If you want to try something really special, he smokes these giant potatoes for hours every morning and stuffs them with pulled pork and other goodies when you order. The food was excellent and they brought it to me inside a local business. I had the combo platter and everything was moist and warm unlike most food trucks I've tried. The cole slaw was excellent and did not have too much mayo like many do. My only criticism was it was a little pricey but not enough to dissuade me from returning.
