Barbeque Food Truck at Hayward Field for the Oregon Relays. Thank the gods both old and new,. If I were to have an expectation of Oregon Bar-B-Que this would be it. A sandwich, lightly smoked, chunk pulled, lightly dressed, tasty slaw, on a grilled, regular hamburger bun. Cain't you ask fer more 'n that. I really like this BBQ food truck! The family that runs this food truck know their BBQ and a re always friendly. They offer brisket, pulled pork, burgers, various sides, and seasonal specials. I've tried the pulled pork fries (delicious!), brisket sliders (good), coleslaw (delicious!), and grits + smoked pork belly (good).
