Very disappointing will not be coming back. This keeps happening smaller and smaller potions each time I come it’s the point where my burrito looks like. It’s a kids meal never again 50% of it is just tortilla wrapped over itself. hard pass.

Girl with red hair was nice but larger older manager type woman was completely rude and demanding at my friend. Also dishes just laying around, piled up. I understand that things can be busy but it’s very important to keep a clean work environment and stay helpful to customer!!!

There was one employee there who was a total sweetheart wish I would have caught her name. After we were seated she got my one year a small cup for water and then when we were done she took the baby's high chair and put it away for us. It's the small things tipped her 5$

Went in with my family; they weren't too busy but I was still rushed as I was ordering. I had never been there before and was unsure of what I wanted. As I was ordering the extra toppings I was told, "cmon keep going hurry up". I ended up not getting everything I wanted due to feeling rushed. Needs better customer service, food was delicious though.

I went at 11:45 pm on Fri. 2-23-24. One girl sweet srtwd another bigger girl with blonde braids took ove and rudely served me skimped on food along with acting like I was putting her out! I commented to cashier and she said “ Well, it’s been busy and she gets frustrated. “. I told her that is no excuse to be rude. I also called manager and she said she would talk to her. As I was getting my drink there were others talking about a rude person so I asked if she had braids and taller bigger girl. They said yes. Also others outside commenting on rude girl. Well, I will not take anyone there again nor will I go back. However I will go to the Gateway Chipotle Grill for good service. I will check reviews on them in the future.

The service is the worst I ordered three tacos the person serving yesterday was so rude and they barely put hardly any beans I don't get all the extra so I like extra bean this server only put two spoon full wow the worst service I've ever had and no accommodation offered when complained to other employee just excuses that they are so busy I wouldn't recommend till they hire new staffVegetarian options: Am to angry and hate thecrappy service at this place I don't recommend anything

You can't go wrong with Chipotle! Good food, nice crew members, and plenty of space to dine-in. What more do you need?Vegetarian options: Regardless of what you're getting, since it's all prepared for you on the spot, they can tailor your meal to your wants and needs accordingly.Parking: There are lots of spaces to park around here. However, sometimes it's tricky to get a spot close to the restaurant if you're visiting at peak times.
We ordered food online to pick up at the restaurant (5 meals). We got there at the time it was supposed to be done and had to wait at least 10mins for the food. We got home and ALL the food was COLD. It was too close to closing to go back. Very difficult to get through the automated system to a real person in the restaurant and then I was told I would need to call their 800 number for refunds on online orders - they don't do online refunds in the store. Called the 800 number. Explained the situation and they told me they would provide feed back to the store to improve conditions in the future. They said they couldn't provide a refund for the 5 stone cold meals, but they could offer me a free drink!!! Not what I asked for, and "no!" that doesn't help the situation! The restaurant was dirty, the service was HORRIBLE (in the so-called restaurant and Customer Service), and I don't recommend this to anyone. We will never be going back.
