New ownersThey forgot our order and the food is not what it was when it was off Friendly Street and owned by someone else.It was lacking the flavor, the shrimp and now smaller portions

Best Vietnamese in Bend - by far. One of the best Banh mi sandwiches I've ever had. Super fresh and high quality ingredient and the staff is always super nice! Will always come back

Delicious chicken pho! I was surprised that they didn’t have beef but it was fantastically flavored and I really enjoyed eating outside next to the fire pit on a cold night.

I have been coming here for years. It is one of my favorite food trucks in Eugene, and I would give it four stars for food. But, as of yesterday, zero stars for food handling.Last night, I approached the truck to place my order, and the two staff members working were on their meal break. They were talking and eating in the corner. I watched one of them (while eating) wipe all over her mouth with a napkin. They noticed me, and came to take my order (and she did not wash or sanitize her hands). Then, she was the one preparing my Bahn mi, with her hands all over my baguette.I know we're less paranoid since covid, but...really? Food handling 101: Wash and sanitize your hands if you are handling and preparing food for other people. I kept my mouth shut (and ate my Bahn mi - sure hope I don't get sick)!I never like writing bad reviews because I always want to support local businesses, but it is time for this establishment to refresh their food handling standards with some of their employees. I had never seen this happen before.

Had sort of gone a tiny downhill since moving from Wine Lab. Still good just a bit different.

Tasty bon mi Sam's! I appreciate this food truck remaining affordable and not gouging the customer due to "covid". They have some really delicious food and although I'm not a fan of thinking tree, the sitting area is alright. I sure miss the old location at winelab!

Banh mi review That wasn't a Banh mi... Meat was soft and tasty but the sandwich overall lacked more ingredients & condimentsIt was just meat & shredded carrots $14 per sandwich not worth it 3 stars because it's still a pretty packed protein sandwich. Ordered two steak Banh Mi ($28 total) service was fine hence I was the only one there in the 12-15min that I waited. There's another review that says "if chipotle sold Banh Mis " and that's pretty accurate! Unfortunately I read it after eating the sandwich

Da Nang's tofu boats are some of my favorites around. This food cart is one of the best in townVegetarian options: Best tofu ever. Even meat lovers say they love it from here

This food cart was one of the first I visited when I moved to Eugene, and I still visit it regularly. The flavors are fresh and well seasoned. The rose lychee cheese cake was a special for Valentine's Day, and it was the best cheesecake I have ever had. I hope they make this special again. If you are vegan, let the staff know since their dishes and sauce for the salad contain fish sauce.

Love the concept, and I love a bahn mi. This just didn't do it for me.The chicken was cooked well, had a killer char, and wasn't dry. The flavor was mostly char. The carrot was plentiful, I would've loved if the carrot and daikon were closer ratios. Would've loved a cucumber. If there was cucumber, I missed it.I don't know why there were peanuts. They didn't bother me but they also didn't add anything. The garlic sauce was tasty, I wish there was more, as the sandwich as a whole ran dry.The bread was the real miss for me. The bread is what makes a bahn mi. It was too crusty and left my mouth feeling torn apart like a bowl of captain crunch. I had to remove the particularly rough pieces to get to the softer pieces. A lot of bread was left behind. It was also one of the spendier bahn-mi I've had. I'm fine paying for a killer sandwich, but this wasn't me.You want a killer bahn-mi, keep searching.

Amazing food and a friendly staff. We've eaten here for years. Always good. I haven't tried the pho yet but everyone raves about it!

This awesome little food cart is ran by a group of young folks that are super friendly and jovial. Usually found outside of the Oregon Wine Lab, I think they've moved to a new location now.Our favorite dish is the Tofu Rice Bowl with all the fixings and the spicy sauce. It's the best tofu rice dish in town, hands down! They also make a wonderful Bahn mi! The baguette is crispy, the pickled veg is tangy and the tofu is perfectly cooked! They offer all food options in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options so there is something for everyone!Sadly no photos this time but definitely give them a try!
