As I look at these other reviews I'm not the only one that has the same issue. I ordered pizza from Pizza Hut by phone call, and I got a door dasher who delivered it. Food was not only cold but tasted horrible. I spent over $40, if I wanted a door Dash delivery I would have, but I wanted hot food that is topically in a pizza bag. I would have called and complained to the store manager but these days all they do is hang up on you. Never again will I order from Pizza Hut, it's done down hill. I miss the pizza we would get back in the 90s.

I ordered delivery directly from the Pizza Hut website but my food was delivered by a Door Dash employee. Pizza hut gave my home address to a 3rd party to deliver food. The driver arrived in an unmarked vehicle, not wearing anything identifiable, and waited for me to open my door, wouldn't leave the food on the porch (on the Pizza Hut website I selected contactless delivery, "leave on porch").I don't blame the driver, he was doing his job as instructed. I blame Pizza Hut for contracting a service out without notifying customers. I tipped 20% online to what I rightfully assumed was a Pizza Hut delivery driver. Now I don't know if the driver received that tip or not. If I wanted to order through Door Dash, I would have.The pizza was fine and the food arrived warm. The marinara sauce provided for breadsticks has been cut in half while the price has been increased. Overall pizza was as expected.

I am a doordash driver and have done several orders through this particular location. They are slow and forgetful. Tonight I had a pick up and the cook FORGOT to put in breadsticks costing me to wait twice as long as I should of been. Again not the first time this has happened. I ask for a simple drink to make up for the loss time and manager got mad that I asked for their mistake

I ordered wing and they were delicious. Arrived quickly with no issues at all.
Orders always incorrect, uses DoorDash (the worst delivery service), and never contacts you back after filing complaints. Will stick to Domino's, I am done with this place.

Surprisingly good. It's been years since I've had pizza hut. The stuffed crust pepperoni was great. Wings were ok. Pasta and breadsticks were excellent.

I received my delivery, and one of my pizzas was incorrect. Tried calling to get it fixed or credit of some kind, but your phone doesn't work? I get the automated message and then push 3 to talk to an employee. The operator comes on and says my call can not be completed! So I call back and push 1 to order, I get a pizzahut call center, not local, I tell her what's going on and she says she will transfer me to the River rd store, I'm on hold then the operator comes on again saying the same thing! WTH!? I had to contact them through the app. Could not get a hold of this store at all. Extremely frustrating!

John is awesome! We have frequented this Pizza Hut for 10 years and honestly it's been inconsistent. Since John has been there we have received stellar service, perfect pizza and wings every time! You can tell he cares about doing a good job, it totally shows. He has a great attitude, always seems to be in a good mood, and always asks how my day is going. The service industry is hard, it's difficult to keep that positive demeanor but he does every time. I work for a Pizza company and have half a mind to tell our District Manager to try and poach him away from y'all.
