John is awesome! We have frequented this Pizza Hut for 10 years and honestly it's been inconsistent. Since John has been there we have received stellar service, perfect pizza and wings every time! You can tell he cares about doing a good job, it totally shows. He has a great attitude, always seems to be in a good mood, and always asks how my day is going. Amazing ? Pizza Hut isn't available anymore in our area so I was very excited to see one here in Eugene Oregon and we were able to go inside and sit down at the bistro style seating and enjoy our dinner very busy little mini Pizza Hut same awesome taste and friendly service thank you for being here I can't wait to visit again

I was pretty upset because I had ordered a pizza and they told me I could pick it up in an hour. I showed up and there were many people waiting on orders. I was told some had been waiting for 2 hours. I was hungry and trying to have dinner with my 2 year old after a long 4 hour drive coming home from vacation. So I asked for a refund.
