Our favorite food cart at Oak Shire. Large portions and of course great tasting. Not too terrible waiting times depending on what you order and how busy the whole spot is.

Hands down the best BBQ I've had locally. I had the pulled pork sandwhich. The pork was so juicy and tender, and the slaw paired nicely. Alternating bites of sandwhich and pickled onion made this next level. Not to mention the more than fair serving sizes in relation to the extremely fair price! I placed an online order and arrived early. The server was super friendly and started on our food as soon as we got there. He hooked it up on sauces- I'm talking 3 of each sauce. Literally zero complaints. Hubby got the loaded fries with everything on them (shown in second pic). I mean, if you're thinking about coming here, do yourself a favor and do it.

It has been awhile since I've eaten there, but I'm always wanting to go back there. The ribs are wonderful. Juicy and fall-off-the-bone tender is my favorite.

I am STUFFED, and happy as hell. My partner and I are celebrating grad school, we were looking for a filling meal, so we came here. Hands down, the best hot link I've had in my life! I've traveled all over the US, and before this food truck, that title was held by a little hole in the wall in Louisiana, but this blew it out of the water! It was served with a hot mustard, and this combo made my nose run from the heat, just the way I like it. The mac and cheese was good as well, and the coleslaw was the perfect pairing for those two, crisp and refreshing. I can't wait for our next visit!

First time here. I ordered the 1 meat (tri tip) and 2 sides with extra bbq sauce for $27. The coleslaw....is revolutionary! Whose idea was it to put cilantro in it? Give them a raise. Ah-mazing!The mac n cheese is actually... real cheese! So creamy, so satisfying.The tri tip has great flavors and I love the seasoned edges but it was a bit chewy - however the portion is massive.I think their sauce was OK - but I love sweet and spicy sauces more.Thanks for the great food - keep it up!

Loved the mac & cheese and baked beans sides. Good sausage as well. The pulled pork was super tender, just needed a wee bit more flavour.

Delicious. Portions are H.U.G.E. We had the pulled pork. Nice sauce. Personally I find waffle fries too filling, but for people who like these I think they were dialed. Baked beans were very good. We could’ve easily split either of our meals and been full. Would return here.

Love this place! Tri tip is delicious and juicy. The waffle fries and Mac and cheese are yummy too. Highly recommend this place and it's at Oakshire Brewing, some of the best beer in town.
Tri tip and ribs were delicious. Apple slaw was super light and refreshing.

My son and I showed up just as the guys were closing up the truck. We split a half rack of baby backs and they loaded us up with a full rack, at least. Munch more than we could eat, but so generous. The ribs were judged excellent by my son. The beans and mac sides were so-so. But 5 star friendly service and a nice atmosphere with the open air bar and patio areas.

Great Barbecue! I always get the waffle fries loaded with pulled pork. It's so tasty and is enough food to feed me for a couple weeks. The sauce is on the sweeter side, but is delicious. Great food, but don't eat for a couple days before you come!

Seriously some of the best BBQ I have ever had and I lived in the south for a while. We have ordered almost everything on the menu and honestly you cannot go wrong ordering anything but by far the ribs and wings are our favorite but the kale Caesar salad, chicken sandwich and waffle fries are also Amazing! I always get excited when they have specials or add new things to the menu because we have never been disappointed with anything we have tried.
