Why no seating??? Bruh. What's the point? Are you a drive through only now? Now I'm going to Dutch lol. The only reason I like Starbucks is cause I can sit for a minute.

I'm never going to this Starbucks again. It is impossible to know when is a good time to place a mobile order, if I make it too early they make the food and let it sit there and melt. If I make it a few minutes before I get there, they refuse to make it until I'm actually sitting in front of the window. They made my drink so that it could sit there and melt, and then made me wait 5 minutes to get my sandwich. There were two cars in front of me, one of which took forever to get out of the way, I can only assume they had a huge order which shouldn't have been done at the drive-thru, which left plenty plenty, plenty of time for them to heat up my sandwich which takes 30 seconds. But instead they made my frappuccino and let it sit on the counter and melt, while making me wait in front of the window for my sandwich. Their customer service at this location is garbage!!!

Meh. My wife liked the breakfast sandwich. We didn't get coffee. This store has "temporarily" closed their bathrooms and seating. I assume it is how they are dealing with the homeless in the area, but I don't really know. Doesn't make for a welcoming space though.

This review is exclusively for the staff working this afternoon around 3 pm today. I walked in and noticed a disorganized crowd of customers and 2, perhaps 3 baristas, running around behind the bar. It was clear they were understaffed but the girl who helped me, Ariel, was an absolutely delight. I work at a busy bar in town and understand being short staffed, but it's the team and character of the employees that make the difference. I'd like to thank Ariel, and the other baristas working, for making the best out of what seemed like a difficult situation and handling it with grace and humor.

Made a plan to stop to buy Starbucks - coffee and snacks. My husband, 21 year old grandson and I were on our way from Vancouver to Florence for a day at the beach. None of us had had our morning coffee, yet and did a search for a "Starbucks nearby." Starbucks, 495 W 7th Ave, Eugene, OR 97401 came up in our search. Because we had been on the road for 2 hours, we also needed a restroom, so while I was ordering for the three of us, my husband asked for the restroom code. Imagine our shock to find out this store, which serves primarily liquids, does not allow access to their restrooms to their customers. No explanation - they just told us that their restrooms are only for their workers. They could not even tell us where we could possibly find a restroom nearby.By the way, our grandson was also disappointed that his vanilla frappacino contained NO coffee.Would not recommend this Starbucks if you are passing through town. Might be okay for locals.

These people have worked hard and went through a lot of unnecessary stress, and keep on making sure we have our morning zip. Give them a high five. AND the Green Apron coffee made by baristas is AMAZING coffee. Bold and lots of flavor. Great job everyone! 1-800-kindness!! Pass it on?

Niki or Nik couldn't read her name tag needs a new job not in customer service. Asked a simple question and she answered with a question not related. Total attitude problem. Not helpful at all. Hot tip Niki if you are going to work in coffee do it with a smile and answer customers questions. Maybe drink some of that coffee before you start to put a little pep in your step.
