I visited them at the Asian Festival, and it was the best Shave Ice I've had in decades. Every purveyor of snow cones in the country seems to have switched their signs to read "Hawaiian Shave Ice," but a snow cone is NOT shave ice. Sweetbay had the real deal -- snowball-soft rather than juat coarsely ground ice like the imposters use. It was even better than what I had in Hawaii last year!
We hired SweetBay Shave Ice to be at our 15-Year work anniversary party and they did an amazing job!! Great service and delicious treats for a hot summer day. They were a hit and we wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!
