Highly recommend you try this place! Their food is made with fresh, nutritional ingredients, AND it tastes like heaven. I feel like I spend the same amount of $ here as I would at a fast food place, but I get a better serving size, and my body feels so nourished afterward. I liked the smoothie I tried as well! Something I really appreciate is the fast and friendly service. They offer online ordering and curbside pickup, so it's literally just as convenient as a drive-thru! It's such a great feature, especially for mommas of toddlers like myself who prefer to avoid the added work of getting your child out and back in the car seat while hungry. I will definitely be frequenting this place.

I work close to them so I go there quite often for lunch. I usually get a smoothie but recently I've been getting their chicken basil pesto salad grain bowl. It's a little spendy, but they give you a good amount of food that is very filling. I can split the meal in two and basically pay $7 for good food. I like that I can add extra fruit to the smoothie. The food is so filling that I can eat their smoothie for lunch and grain bowl for dinner for about $25 in total and that fills me up for the whole day. I also feel really good that it's healthy! The customer service is great. Every time I go in they are friendly and helpful. If you're looking for good healthy food that is reasonably priced I would check out vitality bowls. They are definitely worth a try!

Wow! Amazing food here. This was my daughter and I's 1st time. I had the chimichurri wrap and she had an acai bowl. She loved it. I loved mine. Even my dog got a treat from the sweet ladies that work here. Thank you for a delicious experience. ???Note For the owners: Possibly offer a military discount for future visits. I would appreciate it, so would Many other active duty members and veterans.

Was doing doordash and I made a couple deliveries for this place and since I'm leaving town in a couple of days decided to try it. Now I'm not normally one for vegetarian or vegan food but because of the amount of orders I've gotten for this place i said why not. I had the vitality wrap and man. Oh man is a delicious, friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I was craving something healthy and light which brought me here. Ordered the chimichurri steak wrap which came power green and quinoa. I also added avocado for more creaminess. In addition, I tried the chia seed meet açaí bowl served with starwaberry, banana and goji berries. Portion size was good. Everything was really tasty while being healthy and light. I would definetely return to this place again.

I work at the plaza so it’s nice to grab a smoothie and get full off it, or enjoy a salad when I want to feel healthy. All the staff are super nice as well. Vitality Bowls has become one of my favorite spots. If you're looking for something fresh and healthy, they've got you covered. They have excellent bowls and sandwiches, as well as smoothies and juices. The price tends to run a little high for a quick-meal type of place, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The ingredients are fresh and the food is always fantastic, making it an ideal mid-point between delicious and healthy.
My only complaint is that they are not located closer to me. What a dream to have such easy access to a place like this. My ADHD brain often has me holding off eating until my stomach starts clawing for food. Which mean I am, ultimately, reaching for food that is fast and unhealthy. However, if this within my neighborhood, I would be able to order something fast and healthy. So far I have only had their smoothies but I am looking forward to trying their smoothie bowls or salads.
