“We accidentally stumbled upon this food truck by chance. We went for the 11.50 deal for the Philly cheesesteak.It was hands down, the BEST Philly I’ve had in awhile. It was sooooo cheesy and soooooo juicy. Every bite filled with cheese and that classic Philly sauce. The best part is that the bread didn’t fall apart or become soggy! I almost forgot to mention the flavor of the bread alone. It was buttery and toasty. Amazing. Will be trying to full menu.”

“We had a party on the 2nd floor. Onion Rings are awesome, and so was the Osso Buco. The meat just fell off the bone! Everything was great until we got the bill.We supplied a cake, and had to ask for plates and a cake knife & we served ourselves. The waitstaff didn't do anything except bring utensils. The bill had a $25 "Cake Fee" even though they did nothing to help. It would have been different if the fee was mentioned when booking the room, or by the waitress. But, there was no mention. Just that $25 line item on the bill. That ended the party on a bad note.”

“The salmon chowder is to die for! This was my first time trying this food truck and I’m so glad I did, I will definitely be coming back! I can’t wait to try other items on the menu. In addition to the excellent food, the customer service was great, the lady working was so sweet.”

“Kua Thai is the best Thai food cart around. I always go here for spring rolls, pad Thai, crab puffs, and more. Every time the food is fresh, flavorful, and good prices. I also really enjoy the area to eat at. 10/10!!”

Even if you order mild the food is delicious and you're getting a fantastic experience.My wife and I have tried various items and each one is absolutely delicious. I recommend the veggie samosas to go along with whatever you order!My favorite right now is the lamb wrap and I get paneer added to make a flavor bomb.My wife goes for the chicken tika with garlic naan.Oh and the guy who runs it, always smiling, always extra nice, and lightning fast given how busy The Fork can be.Stop here and get food, you won't regret it”

“I ordered a crunchy California roll and a Vegas roll for dinner last night. It was definitely worth the wait! The rice was so fresh, flavor excellent, and I liked that the rolls were the perfect bite size. The gentleman at the counter was friendly. I would definitely go back again!”

“First time here and we had kong pao chicken and chicken yakisoba at food court and ordered bibimbop to go. Kong Pao chicken is spicy but it's really good. Foods are huge portion and flavorful. Staffs are friendly. I'll definitely come back again.”

“Ordered for my team. Service was great when I showed up. The lady at the counter was super nice and my food was hot and ready right on time. Pizza also tasted delicious. I live the pepperoni. It wasn't very greasy which was a nice surprise. I would for sure come back here again.”

Ownership recently changed and some of the carts have come and gone, but there are some really good options here.This trip I went to Sammy’s Smashburger which is always a solid bet. Brisket and Gravy is also a unique and delicious option.Otherwise there’s pretty standard pod fare: Mexican, Thai, Birria only, boba, sushi, and a couple kabob places.Indoor bar with beer and cider on tap advertising $5 pints during happy hour, but didn’t catch the days/hours.Heated interior seating available along with tables outside as well.Parking: Plenty of parking across a large lot”
