“We had my husbands 54th birthday there this evening. I reserved a place for 30 people. We ended up having a little bit more than 30. We were all loud, kids running feral and changing seats a lot. I can’t remember our waitresses name, but she was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and she handled our crazy crowd like a breeze! The staff here needs a raise for sure! Thank you so much for being patient with us and so accommodating! Oh! And like always, the food was outstanding!“
“A great beer hall vibe with friendly employees. Solid beer selection. Food was tasty and came out fairly quickly. Bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers were delicious. Large tables down the center great for bigger groups. Will continue to visit when I Forest Grove.Parking: Plenty of free street parking withing a block or two every time I've been.“
“Okay the vibe and ambience is the best part of it! I ate indoors since it was a cold winter day and it felt so cozy from the interior design but also the sound of the crackling fire. It also helped that I felt like I was in the tavern from beauty and the beast. The outdoor does have a lot of fire pits which would have been great. Their cocktail options are a bit basic but they're of high quality. Service was also great.“

“A gem in a hidden spot amongst the Tualatin Valley. You can always expect the same. The tots with dipping sauce are a must. Coupled with a salad of choice. Those for an easy Thanksgiving, it was a breeze to reserve for my husband and I. Less than 1 minute to book a traditional turkey with all the fixings. Paired with seasonal pumpkin cheesecake, and the best old fashion. Stirred not shaken, and a pallet pleasing Pacific NW wine. Service was readily available. And carefully thought-out table placements, made this a joyous Thanksgiving.“
“I’ve been here twice for eating lunch, their pasta is superb. Nice selection of liquor as well. I’ve also picked up for DoorDash/UberEats. The owner is super nice and ensures you are happy with your dish and will do anything to fix it if there is something wrong. I’ve never had anything wrong with my food. Highly recommend for a lunch!Parking: You can park right in the street in the front if available. Otherwise there’s a free public parking lot behind it and it even has two ChargePoint EV chargers owned by the WellsFargo.Wheelchair accessibility: There is disabled parking on the street.“

“Dog treats make getting a great cup of coffee at this local kiosk also an exciting dog event. If you have a problem with the service let Cary or Lucy know. Even if it's just a one off they take care of it. We bought their stainless steel insulated latte mugs to avoid single use plastic and paper. We love that the coffee stays hot for hours and the coffee bean stays put and unmelted in transit. I like it that they acknowledge that you are waiting at the window even though they are busy with someone else's order. They even offer yummy GF SCONES warmed or not.“
“This cute little place feels like it's just begging to be one of my new favorites! Played a chill game of pool and got a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, which was very tasty and generously piled high with toppings.Chatted with a couple of the friendly local regulars and hung out for awhile. “I used to go to the ace all the time when I lived in Gaston . It was a nice place to just sit back and have a nice cold beer and visit nice friendly people. I moved and just went back a couple weeks ago. New people had bought the place and done some much needed up dates now it's a nice open bar and they even opened up the back they put a little bar outside so you wouldn't have to keep going inside for a drink it's really nice place now.“

Worth a stop when in the Gaston area.Kid-friendliness: The dining area is small so not great for littles, except in summer when the patio is open. Otherwise, no issues.“

“Came in on the way home from bed ng out and about with my son and stopped in for a hot chocolate for my little three year old. The service was wonderful, the ladies working were so kind (and I apologize my son is learning the difference between sir and ma'am) I'm pretty sure you gave me a discount and made it 99¢ and honestly it made my night. You never know the difference you make in others lives and as a single mom I don't get to treat myself or my son to nice things often so it means a lot you did that for us.“

“It had been at least 20 years since I had been here so I decided tonight to go in and give it a try. The main restaurant had one other couple, otherwise was empty. Tons of people in the bar on the slot machines. The restaurant itself hasn’t changed a bit, if you want to step back in time some 30-40 years you’ll get that experience in this restaurant. A remodel would really help to bring things up to date but considering how slow it was in a Friday night I can imagine why it hasn’t happened. Our waiter didn’t have the best English but she did her best and was very timely with things. The food wasn’t anything special but for what it was it was very good. Our bill at the end was hand written, not something you see much of anymore. Overall I’d probably go back again.Parking: Difficult parking during daytime due to DMV traffic but otherwise open if DMV is closed.“
“We really like this hole in the wall type pub. The staff was extremely welcoming, unlike the bar next door. The food is surprisingly good! The owner really cares about the family legacy. I highly recommend this neighborhood watering hole. The other two bars which are nearby really sucked, which makes Rogue pub shine all the brighter.“
“Normally, when finding a spot like this, I would keep my mouth shut because I don't want it packed, but that would be unfair....Good food. We had the combo meal with brisket and burnt ends. Burnt ends were cooked perfectly and tasted good with and without bbq sauce. The brisket was amazing. Trying to think of a brisket I have had that was that moist. Was good with and without bbq sauce. We had salad and sweet potato fries as our sides. The salad was fresh and crispy, and the fries were not greasy or limpy.Will definitely go back to try other things that we did not try.Loved the layout and music. Everything was clean and well maintained .We have a new place for bbq and other things on the west side of the Portland area!“
