“Came in on the way home from bed ng out and about with my son and stopped in for a hot chocolate for my little three year old. The service was wonderful, the ladies working were so kind (and I apologize my son is learning the difference between sir and ma'am) I'm pretty sure you gave me a discount and made it 99¢ and honestly it made my night. You never know the difference you make in others lives and as a single mom I don't get to treat myself or my son to nice things often so it means a lot you did that for us.“
“The employees are amazing. They are attentive, respectful, and well mannered. I have been coming here since I was a child and have always loved it. The new owner however is a rude, loud, and mean woman who treats her employees like garbage. If you, the owner reads this. It would benefit you greatly to either tone down your belligerent screaming at the people who make you money, or alternatively to hire a manager, and be a silent owner, because clearly your people skills and ability to teach your employees is lacking. Your presence creates friction and it is felt throughout the resturaunt. Happy employees = better profit margins and retention.“
