Took 25 minutes to toast my bagel with cream cheese and the lady didn’t apologize about forgetting my order. Kind of rude workers who seem like they don’t want to be there. Mediocre food and coffee is not worth the wait or the price

The sea cream Vietnamese coffee was excellent! Unfortunately the girls working were playing very inappropriate music in the early morning. I went in on a Wednesday morning. It makes the atmosphere uncomfortable, especially with the young kids. Whoever is the manager should keep a check on what is played on the speakers. I could tell the older folk were commenting and not appreciating was was being played. Keep your explicit music at home!

Wanted to love this place, but my cafe au lait tasted like burnt plastic, and my husband's latte was completely cold. We didn't taste them until we had already driven off... can't believe we wasted our once-a-month coffee treat on this place :(

Great quick breakfast food. I had the cheese bagel breakfast sandwich. Extremely good. I did not try the coffee, but I heard it was good. Service was great. The order was accurate.

The decor is very cute and cozy and the quality of the drinks are wonderful. The shakes (especially the Orange creamsicle), smoothies and lattes are rich in flavor and won't disappoint. Unfortunately, the service we received today wasn't as pleasant as the last time we visited. We visit this town (& coffee shop) every few months. When we arrived this time, we inquired on the "new" Yelp check in-offer for the free cookie with drink purchase that was currently being offered on Yelp. Although she had to call the owner about it, her attitude was definitely not welcoming and was filled with doubt, as if I had anything to do with the offer. She was told by the owner it was a very old offer and that they couldn't honor it. Terrible customer service. How hard would it have been for them to honor the offer, for my very excited children, and take the loss of one small baked item, while they contact Yelp and ask for the offer to be removed. In a small town, customer service should always be top priority. Do you want returning happy customers that can rely on consistent service or risk a bad reputation and being taken as a business with false advertising.

this was my favorite cafe when i lived in the area in elementary and middle school. my sister would always order the sea cream vietnamese coffee and i would get some boba drink and we would sit upstairs and study & talk for hours. I moved a few years ago and now in college and just recently made the drive to visit again :) telvet is still amazing as always and the Vietnamese coffee still tastes perfect ! it's better than a lot of the viet coffee ive had in oc. I've missed this place dearly and will be back again with my sister soon :)) the burritos are also delicious with some tapatio too ;)

Have ordered to-go a couple times. Easy to park at. Nice little coffee shop vibe. Food was largely portioned and enough to choose from, and about what I'd expect for cost. Large burrito that filled me up, Americano, and a muffin cost about $18+tip. Service was serviceable. Not above and beyond, but did the job and was cordial. Ordered at the counter and only waited 5-8 minutes probably for the burrito.

The place is adorable from the outside, looks like a regular house. They have some seating outside on the porch as well with a heat lamp. Inside there is minimal seating downstairs, but it looks like there is more upstairs. We took our drinks to go so we didn't take a look up there, but would have as it was filled up downstairs. Service was a little weird, three or four people working back there, and yet after standing there for a minute or two (after watching someone in front of us pay and go sit) one of them yells towards us from like four feet away that she'll be right with us. The person who took our order just kept going "ok and what else" but it sounded rude or like she was annoyed which was off putting. The wait for our drinks was minimal, nothing unusual. It was normal tasting coffee, nothing special. I did get a Honey Lavender Latte, my friends got a Cardamom latte and Salted Caramel Latte. They all tasted weirdly similar. And it was 16 dollars for three drinks and you don't get to pick the size. Everything is expensive anymore even when it's not special.

It is a lovely place. Good coffee, and some of the pastries are great! I got a wonderful cinnamon roll once, but the next time the roll was not fresh the frosting was not soft and smooth..it was clearly not fresh ... it was still well baked but I could eat a cup of the frosting I got the first day...perhaps I was dissapointed because the first experience set my expectations very high.

Great locally-owned coffee shop across the street from Pacific University. Telvet is great for meeting with classmates for group projects in one of their upstairs study rooms. The storefront is located within a historic Forest Grove home and has a rustic vibe. I’d highly recommend stopping by Telvet if you’re in the Forest Grove area.
