This place is terrible. We stopped in to get ice cream sandwiches and the cookies were so hard that you couldn't bite through it and the ice cream was super soft. We asked if we could exchange it and was told we needed to buy anything else and they wouldn't exchange them. The girl helping us was super rude and had a terrible attitude. We won't be stopping by there anymore.

Very nice, clean surroundings. Burgers actually came looking like the pictures they show and tasty. Staff was very pleasant and efficient with order. Garbages needed to be emptied.

Bad experience ! Two people ordered ahead of me I ordered my food they got there food in about 8 minutes . After about 20 minutes I asked where my food was ? Was told it must have got bumped . To add injury to insult got my food fries cold .there was only 3 people in the restaurant ! To top it off customer asked for key to restroom customer returned key to employee . Employee did not wash hands and continued to handle food and hand out cups !!! Disgusting

Got food poisoning from burger. Server was laughing when he gave me the food, thought that was weird at drive thru. Sick for days after will never ever eat there. I think the server tainted the food.

Slowest service I've ever received at any dairy queen I've ever been to. There is zero reason I should be waiting for over 15 minutes for my burger when I am the only person at the counter and there were only 2 people in the drive thru that whole time with small orders. They ordered after I did but my order sat in the window until both drive thru orders were gone. I've worked a drive thru for minimum wage myself, and I get the whole "act your wage" thing, but this is weak even for that. The place was fairly clean, so I'll give a couple stars for that, but it was not well stocked. The kid at the counter had really fluffy hair and should probably put a net on it to keep it from inevitably getting where it doesn't belong. Nobody wants to see that.

Everything on my order was wrong. Got a 6 piece chicken basket and only got 4, no cheese on my CHEESEBURGER like common. Overall terrible service. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If I could put no stars I would.

Unfortunately I have given this place a fair shake, gone multiple times because it's the closest to my house. However, this place needs help. You can tell that the owner/operator doesn't care about their establishment. The workers are sweet, but very very young and inexperienced. Went there one night and there were just two 15/16year Olds running the whole place and it was packed. The food ( strip, fries) have consistently been undercooked. The ice cream is okay. But I haven't been to a DQ where I can tell that there is zero supervision, help or support. It's not the kids fault. . .

When I arrived at the location there were people already ordered that looked like they had been waiting for an extended amount of time. It was not tell a group behind me showed up did ANY of the staff acknowledge me or any one in the lobby. I placed a simple order, no extra this or no that. The person that took my order seemed like he did not want to be present or even take an order. I was given my receipt and an empty cup. The drink station was all right even though some of the selections were empty/not filled. I then sat down in plain sight. And started a timer.That's when it all went down hill. Order placed at 12:17. It was not in tell 16 mins later and my order sitting for about 2 to 3 min did I receive it at 12:33. The staff claim they just called my order. Which they did but I don't know what number I was, never told. So when I said something about that the staff told me rudely that my order was "just" called. I said that's not true, as I had a timer going and knew. At no point did the worker attempt any "normal" customer service and did the I am sorry routine. Just rudeness. At this point I knew my food would be warm at best. 13 minutes later I got the sandwich and got a temp of 110. Now this is WELL below the "safe" zone for food. So now the question is did I receive the food already out of the "safe" zone? Or did it fall below in the 13min it was in the box in the bag? With how it felt to the touch I would say before I even got it.Bottom line the POOREST service I had ever received. I have gotten better service from a self checkout kiosk than a real person. Where are your standards DQ? Are you trying to pile drive yourself into the ground? If so keep it up. You will be lucky to see me back.
