Slowest service I've ever received at any dairy queen I've ever been to. There is zero reason I should be waiting for over 15 minutes for my burger when I am the only person at the counter and there were only 2 people in the drive thru that whole time with small orders. They ordered after I did but my order sat in the window until both drive thru orders were gone. When I arrived at the location there were people already ordered that looked like they had been waiting for an extended amount of time. It was not tell a group behind me showed up did ANY of the staff acknowledge me or any one in the lobby. I placed a simple order, no extra this or no that. Very nice, clean surroundings. Burgers actually came looking like the pictures they show and tasty. Staff was very pleasant and efficient with order. Garbages needed to be emptied.
