I'm sorry to have to complain here, but each time I eat here the white or brown rice is not cooked thoroughly and is a little hard. If you don't get the fried rice, good luck! I have complained to management on several occasions, and nothing seems to be done about it. An Asian franchise should certainly be cooking the rice so it is a little fluffy and sticky, not on the harder side. No other Asian place I go to does this. The other day my boyfriend and I had to go order 11 plates for a birthday, we were worried it would take a while and just felt really bad we had to order so much, but let me tell you, CINDY IS THE BEST!!! We told her " hey we're sorry but could you make 11 plates?" she said Yes for sure and got right on that, she even labeled them all so we didn't have to open them all to get everyone's plate to them, she was so fast we were in and out in less than 10 min, and it was even pretty...read full review

It's a cookie cutter, Panda Express... For fast 'Chinese' food, it's pretty good, and the prices seem fair for what you get. I only gave a 3 star cuz it's just a chain. They are the same everywhere .... and I can't really eat there anymore, not their fault, but every time I do, I have stomach issues after .. I've tried about everything on the menu at different times to try and see if it's one certain thing, but doesn't matter, can't eat anything there ;(
