I got yelled at for using the bathroom. (closed due to Covid) Employee forgot my drink. Got my order wrong. I ordered a chicken pita sandwich with popper's. So I went through the drive-thru and told him. (I believe he was the manager) Anyway I received my drink, I said you gave me fry's instead of the popper's I ordered. His response was "You ordered fries!" then he shut the window in my face! 😳😲
I wouldn't even give them a 1-star. The GRINNING cashier dropped my coins on the ground outside (drive thru) and expected me to eat my sandwich after retrieving them. I complained to manager who didn't even APOLOGIZE for it happening. I then contacted their 3 managers in San Diego and they didn't apologize either. It will be a cold day in hades before I put another dime into this company!
