The new owners are making this a great coffee shop. (I don't think the website is fully updated yet, but the coffee shop was sold in late 2023. Some info about that is on the company FB page.) I used to enjoy the old Silk location in town, but rarely went to this location because I just didn't enjoy the space. It was overflowing with all kinds of merchandise and had a very cluttered and chaotic feeling. It's been nice to go now and see the changes and improvements happening to make it better and enjoyable. Keep up the good work! They sell my favorite tea brand, they have an extensive menu so most anyone should be able to find something they enjoy. The owners are fantastic and we've had all good experiences with the other employees.

I love the vibe of this place. Coffee, plants, treats, crafts, and other goods for purchase. I even like to bring guests from out of town here for coffee because I love it so much. What I do not like, however, that will probably keep me from coming back is the attitude from the staff that work there. Almost everytime I go, I feel like I am bothering them and a nuisance to them.

I come here regularly to get coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and while the service is normally good and the employees are generally nice and helpful, my last visit was mostly the same, except for my wife finding a hair in her breakfast sandwich. I called to let them know, and the only attempt at resolving the issue was to remake the sandwich. That is nice and all, but since finding the hair in her sandwich, my wife's appetite was ruined. I explained this to the lady on the phone, and she only offered apologies. An offer for a refund would have been nice!

Cute local little stand with stumptown coffee and very sweet staff. I appreciate the chocolate coffee bean they put on top of your coffee, it’s a great little touch! Also love that they don’t charge additional for alternative milk. I go here at least once a week and it’s always awesome, thanks guys ?

Cannot recommend enough! I had a delicious sandwich and a great latte the ambiance was very inviting; cottage core-esque with cute knick knacks for your own home decor or homemade earrings for a night on the town. The staff were very patient and helpful. The location was lovely as well.PS: breakfast all day will always have my heart ❤️❤️❤️ I can't wait to come back!!Kid-friendliness: My friend brought her 2 year old, and everyone was super sweet even when he was... Ya know, acting like a 2 year old

Very at home atmosphere. Service could be better. Once you get service, all was very pleasant.
Amazing atmosphere but things went quickly downhill.Our breakfast sandwiches were made incorrectly. Which wasnt a huge deal, but then the sausage was actually COLD. Not just lukewarm, practically frozen cold.They forgot our donut too. :(We brought it to their attention, and they remade them. Offered us donuts to hold us over (nice of them).Then they ran out of the bagel we originally ordered (sesame).The replacement food was perfect and tasty. It was unfortunate that we didn't get the right/cooked food first.Our first visit so it didnt leave us with a warm fuzzy about the place. :(We would probably give it another go, but don't be in a hurry if you visit.

This is a great little coffee shop! The atmosphere is amazing and they have lots inside to purchase from local artists.The staff was very helpful and friendly.The coffee was very good as well. Definitely go here as opposed to Starbucks. You will be grateful you did.
