This place doesn’t give you the food you ordered! This has happened almost every time we have it. Today is the final attempt to even try! Worst place in Gresham, poor service, employees seem to hate their job and they just throw some food in a bag and you pay for something you didn’t order!

We showed up at 12:30pm today(Sunday). The drive thru had about 10 cars in it which is not abnormal for a drive thru. We were in a hurry so I went inside to order. There were several customers standing around looking annoyed and no one working the register. After standing there for a bit an employee came over to tell me they would not serve me until the drive thru was not as busy...WHAT?!?! I had to wait until you served dozens of cars before I could even order... You need new management. Horrible customer service.

The workers are rude. They dont greet you or anything. If you are waiting in line, none of the 4 workers said i will be right with you or anything. Then when i order they give me wrong stuff and then have the nerve to be upset when i ask for the right item.

So apparently nobody can put the right food in the right bag coming from somebody who also works in the fast food industry. I'm sorry it's not that hard to put the food in the right bag. I should know I've been doing it for 15 years now. And it's really convenient that nobody wants to answer the phone or the phone's just busy because they messed up.

Very rude staff who act like they’re doing you a favor by doing their job! Millennial at the front counter with super long acrylic nails and super long eyelashes who seems to care more about her cosmetics than she does helping customers! So gross why she’s handling people’s food with such extremely long nails! ?? Each time I’ve came here whether it’s for a customer’s Doordash order or my own personal order, they’re extremely slow in their drive through; the line is always a mile long and the lobby is typically closed. I ordered lunch here on Saturday and asked for it to be made fresh, my food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Dining room is super dirty,Will not be back to this location!

I just went in to this location. And there was 3 people in front of me to begin with. Nobody behind me and then after I got in there, there was about 7 people that came in after me and we waited for over 30 minutes to even have our order taken. And then when I did get to the front of the line,I still waited about 15 minutes, and I didn't even get acknowledged after that. So I left with no food after about 40 minutes of waiting.

Two Major issues!Order at the counter, an employee came up some nuggets in his hand. Dropped two on the counter and the proceed to pick up the nuggets with his bare hands and place them back in the container and give it to a drive thru customer.Then as we ordered my husband accidentally said “milkshake” instead of Frosty. The girl was such a jerk and so condescending. She said “we don’t serve milkshakes here” like seriously? She knows damn well what we meant.
this location sucks ballllllls. every time you pull up to the speaker you’re waiting in silence for minutes and minutes wondering if anybody is even there.

Normally like wendys but this location will make you never want to come back. Every time I've been to this store there is an issue either with the food itself or the understaffed, often angry employees.The latest event that has turned me away from wendys for awhile occurred last week when I took my kid to get a happy meal and was basically refused service because the manager on duty threatened to call cops because they wouldn't scan the app coupon code. I filed a complaint with corporate and spoke with a district manager so hopefully they are maybe fixing the multitude of issues at this location that have been going on for months
