This location may be worse than others because it’s in a mall… liked the menu when I looked online but the execution was subpar. They were clearly very busy with online and to go orders because there were only a few other dine in guests. Food took a while which is fine but they brought my meal and my daughters meal and when we asked where my husbands meal was, girl told us she didn’t know… he had to go back up front to remind them what he ordered. Ordered take out for lunch and was not happy. I used to love this noodles and company for a quick bite, but quality has gone down significantly!!! I will preface this by saying I don’t expect anything crazy from a noodles and company, its a chain order at the counter joint. I was served burnt garlic toast. I would have thought it was an accident and maybe they didn’t realize but they clearly stacked the only good two pieces on the top. :/ and all the tables were dirty but one. They weren’t busy at all, everyone who worked there was talking and standing around.
