One of my favorite fast food cart spots. Outdoor seating only so I usually take my food across the street to the noble hop for a cold one when it is rainy out.Kid-friendliness: She is happy to make a cheese quesadilla for my kid when I visit
I love this food cart! As a fellow foodie I must share:The ladies who cook all the delicious food are kind. You get the sense it’s food made by two experienced Mexican mothers doing what they love and are naturally talented at!Authentic Mexican food is hard to find and I attest Arreola’s Kitchen is the real deal!I have ordered for pick up multiple times and all works out great and tastes amazing.

Friendly family making fantastic food! I ordered the Pozole special yesterday. It is the best pozole I’ve ever had. Seriously. The pork is tender, the broth is rich and spicy. The flavors are amazing! Their location at Hillsboro Station is awesome too. 5/5
