Great food truck, I’m a spaghetti snob and love theirs. My only complaint is they receive so many orders you sometimes have to wait a little bit. They do warn you up front and the main building has a nice atmosphere.
I can only comment on one particular dessert item, since that's all we tried during our brief visit to the Hillsboro Downtown Station, but take my advice: leave the gun, take the cannoli!

This place used to be in the NE on MLK with the other food carts but this one stood out. The love in the food was wonderful. They are now located in a different spot but me & my husband go out there when we can, worth the travel for quality taste of food. Husband & Wife food combo for the win!
