I miss having a Cold Stone Creamery in Hawaii so whenever I get the chance to visit a Cold Stone on the mainland...I'm there. I have yet to find an ice cream place that makes a bad product. Cold Stone delivers great flavors mixed and mashed together to create your favorite concoction, mine happens to be the "Cookie Minster". Normally a great experience, today was the complete opposite . Had to ask for my order to be taken, had to ask for whipped cream on a shake (never asked), and when checking out also had to ask to input my rewards #. Not to mention the shake was awful, no measurements just eyeballing it, 90% milk and a sad attempt at whip cream. Seemed intentional. If I notice the same girl working, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere lol.
