Today, I went into Cold Stone to get ice cream for my family. When I entered the store, a young lady came from the back area and walked over to a co-worker or a friend in the seating area named (Jordan) the cold stone employee had her hands in Jordan's hair. When the young lady walked around the counter to help me, I asked her to wash her hands. She got upset and went to the back area and slammed the door shut so I couldn't see her. I asked for her name and manager's information, and she refused. They took my number down, waiting for a call from a manager. All the young lady had to do was wash her hands and not be rude.

Horrible service. Employees do not look like they want to be there. No greeting, no smiles, no customer service period. Orders were prepared messy. Very disappointed. Informed the person who said she was the MOD and she had nothing to say, not even an apology. They need training.

It’s pretty weird how every other visit ALL of the blenders are broken, or.. the lazy 15 year olds don’t want to make a shake?Don’t go here- the high schoolers are lazy as hell and clearly they’ve got it figured out

Staff was very unfriendly. Blonde girl working on 7/8 was particularly rude. Stared at me up and down in silence instead of asking what I wanted to order, proceeded to make the icecream as if she was miserable, and then again silence when it came to paying. The weird thing is she was talking to her coworkers non stop, so I'm not sure why the customers can't get the same amount of respect/care.
Normally a great experience, today was the complete opposite . Had to ask for my order to be taken, had to ask for whipped cream on a shake (never asked), and when checking out also had to ask to input my rewards #. Not to mention the shake was awful, no measurements just eyeballing it, 90% milk and a sad attempt at whip cream. Seemed intentional. If I notice the same girl working, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere lol.

Store was really dirty. 3 girls behind the counters that could barley knowledge us. There was 5 of us and only 1 girl came up to take 1 order and left us standing there waiting just to put the rest of our order in. Ended up giving us the wrong sizes and had the icecream cup filled so much it was spilling over everywhere.

All the workers looked like they didn’t want to be there. The girl who helped me wasn’t knowledgeable and didn’t make my cone right. She gave me way too much ice cream and didn’t answer any of my questions. If anything she was rather rude. They over filled my cone and didn’t leave it on the cold stone long enough so it’s more like an ice cream soup. Go to a different location.

For the amount of teenagers that are giving up their seasons, good for you! Keep going. The issues that you all cannot control (because it’s up to the owner/s and manager.) are not for you to stress about. Smile, even at the rudest customers because apparently from these reviews people need validation while getting even a kids cone. They forget how it is to be a teenager and not have the support you need at your employer.. or maybe some never struggled.. they had everything served for them, so they expect it from you too. This place needs a little bit more credit being that half you come in rude, demanding they serve you after hours. Closing is closing but y’all want a happy face at 10 p.m. half of y’all can’t even wake up happy with out coffee.Cold Stone- fix whats needed and keep pushing.
