I stopped in for the first time after the lunch hour. The place wasn’t busy at all, but the staff was incredibly unprofessional. The gal who seemed to be the supervisor/cashier was complaining about the manager/owner having her put up a promo that ends in a week - cussing from the prep area within ear shot of the dining area, saying she’s going to waste time looking like she’s cleaning. Morale among the younger workers seemed low. Overall felt like a toxic environment. Not coming back here.

Drive the extra 10 minutes to firehouse- it’s so worth it. Bread here is chewy- they apparently don’t own any knives to cut your sandwich in half, it’s just not good. Drive to firehouse!

I encountered an issue with the online ordering system and when I called in, Dorian didn't hesitate, but immediately put me at ease and assured me we would get the order taken care of. This storee is a joke, they say they're open for delivery and then 20 minutes later I call to check in and they're like sorry we're closed and our delivery driver left 40 minutes ago even though we say we're taking orders until 10.This is the second time this is happened and this will be the last time I order from them. They even have the audacity to shrug and tell me to work it out with doordash when they know full well that doordash tells us we need to deal with the store directly.
