They ran out of the peach drinks, but there was a sign that said that they can give the straw topper out with any mango,strawberry, or passion fruit. I ordered something with strawberry twice at different days and still didnt get the straw topper. I even asked the worker if the one I was getting was included in with the topper and still didnt get one. I don’t know if they are just stingy with giving them away or what, but if you want the straw topper don't go to this one.

The establishment was clean, not very busy. The boba's were a little hard and chewy. They were also out of the flavors that I wanted. Drinks were on the spendy side. I ended up paying over $8 for my bubble tea and thats without the tip. I thought the overall flavor was good. I had the honey oolong flavor with aloe jelly and boba.

I have never had tasted such fresh, delicious boba before this! I'm usually a bigger fan of popping bubbles but these are so good. The iced coffee milk tea is pretty good! Not super strong, not too weak, not bitter, but not terribly sweet. Great first visit here, will be back when I'm in the area!

the staffs are very friendly and helpful. i’m a picky person so it took me a while to figure out what to drink to they are very patient to help me out. i got a strawberry milk slush and it’s the most yummy drink i’ve ever had. would definitely comeback

Super busy last Saturday! But the staff were very friendly and kind. They were informative on which drinks were out for the moment, but reassured me that they will return and when, and they recommended me other great drinks. I’ll be back!
Normally this place is awesome and the drinks are amazing. I wanted to keep going back to try all the different flavors until tonight. They are always out of the item or flavor I want to try. Tonight they said they couldn’t make slushies or anything with peach. Worst thing was the milk tea they made wasn’t blended enough. And the boba tasted weird. So something was off today. Maybe they need to close at 7. I figured since they closed at 9 they would still be ready to rock and roll but it didn’t seem like that was the case for this location tonight.

Kung Fu tea was a great experience. It was really nice and colorful on the inside. Really, great decorations, great atmosphere overall. There is a line most of the time for Kung Fu tea. There's plenty of different drink options available for a reasonable price. I got the medium cocoa cream/original wow drink ($5.35). Customer service was really good, really kind of friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend coming here and picking up a drink for yourself.Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options.Parking: There's the Macy's parking garage.Kid-friendliness: Tons of colorful and tasty drinks.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really, that much wheelchair accessibility.

Twice now we've visited this place with high hopes, at very different times (weeks apart), and both times we've been greeted with "we have no milk teas."I don't know WTH is going on with supply management here, but apparently there's a global dairy shortage we're unaware of.Two strikes... and we're done trying. Frustrating, since we love boba tea and live right across the street. We'll just have to try Bobo Tea House down the road instead.
