We were en route to Seaside from PDX late at night. My aunt made us drive a few miles out of the way to stop at this taco truck. Boy am I glad she did! I ordered the carne asada empanada. It came with shredded lettuce, cotija cheese, salsa and sour cream. I'm very picky when it comes to Mexican food (can't beat momma's home cooked meals). I was very impressed with this place. The seasoning was spot on and the ladies running the truck were very friendly!
