Food is good but the servers can be very unhygienic. I asked one of the servers if I could get another plate after he scooped my chow mein with his hands and he remade it wrong with smaller portions out of spite. Very unprofessional. I definitely won't be coming back

Dont expect to ever get teriyaki delivered with the grilled teriyaki chicken. This time there was no rangoon sauce either.

Rice was not cooked well 8/10 times trying this place. Last time it was watery and crunchy at the same time. No idea how they pulled that off. My entree items had both been sitting in the warming pans for a while. I decided not to waste my money here any more.

The staff is over worked due to only 2 or 3 people working at a time, food is disgusting. Rice is under cooked and crunchy, chicken is under cooked, and online ordering sucks.

When you have a line of customers that WRAPS AROUND ALMOST, the ENTIRE RESTAURANT waiting to order.......maybe you should focus on them FIRST instead of online orders!!! It took nearly a HALF HOUR just to ORDER our food , then when we got to the cashier to pay the employee LEFT THE REGISTER WHILE WE WERE WAITING????

Really packaged with care. Had to scoop the "broccoli beef" out of the bottom of the bag which ended up being about 6 pieces of broccoli and 2 tiny bits of beef. Unbelievable.

Management refuses to turn off online orders so every time I come to this location there's a line of 10-20 customers waiting to place an order. I think it's poor Management and very poor customer service having a lobby full of guests that actually took the time to come in to your establishment but your prioritizing customers that aren't even at your establishment.Without question, the customers in your business deserve priority over the customers that chose not to come in for their food.Iv never been to an establishment that does this but this one is like this EVERY VISIT(3 times per week).This particular Panda "EXPRESS" is anything but that, for the customers that dine in.
