Ordered 4 Italian sandwiches and the girl with a bandana and piercing made it seem like we said something wrong to her or she didn’t understand us? She called one of the guys over and he asked us what happened and we had to repeat what we wanted.They were playing their own music and goofing off and all 4 of them seemed like nobody knew how to make sandwiches. Horrible service. Why have 4 people for night crew if they’re just gonna stand around not doing anything and make one person do everything? Ridiculous.

I had a bad experience tried to order over phone no one answered. So we placed an order online food was not great. I got the Italian and all it has was cheese and meat it was super dry wish it could have been better no veggies I got nothing on it was terrible was not worth the money.

In general, everything was fine if you need somewhere to eat. But it's noisy in the middle. I asked twice when I made the order. Because it's hard to hear because of some stove standing near the cash register.

I decided to try this place out, since it was right outside my hotel. The food was good flavor wise and the restaurant was clean, but my sandwich was pretty small, and I just didn't feel like it was anything special. Nothing real bad to say about it, It was just an average sandwich spot.

A little irked the prices keep going up, but it's conveniently located for a quick bite so I keep returning.Biggest complaint is this restaurant is painfully slow at times. If you order online for lunch, be prepared for your sandwich to be 10-15 minutes later than scheduled.

Potbelly is probably my favorite sandwich shop and the shakes are a guilty pleasure for me.The service here was terrible. Nothing like being looked at like "why are you here" while you wait for a shake to be made over the course of an employee conversion. It was completely dead, but youd think there was something more pressing going on given the lack of work priority.

Customer service is important not just PRODUCT ‼ I was generous and gave a 4 dollar tip on a 15 dollar order and no one said THANK YOU they just said nothing!!!!! Not sure what people FEEL that they are entitled to.... But no one has to leave you anything for doing your jod description ‼

I had been in this location many times , my daughter love it, I love it some times when I get a good friendly service, some times the people who works are not very friendly , kind it dry. Today August 16th like 6:30pm my wife my daughter and I want some sandwiches , the person was taking orders can't understand very well because keep repeating if I want ham or turkey and I said very clear smoked ham,lol, my wife end getting something else when she ask for a sandwich she got the pizza thing, The other thing there was no clean tables at all . My sandwich was good . management needs more attention in this place .
