The service here is always great. I try something new every time I visit. I have never been disappointed.Parking: The entrance is just a short walk from the parking garage exit door. You literally walk out of the first floor parking door and the restaurant is immediately in view. There's a cover from the garage to the entry, so if it's raining, you don't have to walk in the rain.

First of all, the sushi is great. One of the better Sushi spots in the area and has been our regular go to spot for sushi for a couple of years now. Unfortunately, their service with online orders has taken a huge nosedive. The orders used to be on time and ready when they said they would be ready.In the last 6 months of so the orders have gotten later and later. My wife and I typically now give an extra 15 minutes beyond the estimated time to ensure our food is ready when we arrive because their timing is so bad. Tonight it hit rock bottom. An hour after placing our order we arrived at the restaurant to find that our order hadn't even been entered into the kitchen. We waited an addition 15 minutes. The staff were apologetic and nice but offered no recompense.If you want good sushi and don't care about them wasting your time then go to Takumi.

Although the ambiance of the sushi restaurant was pleasant, I found the sushi to be rather mediocre. Unfortunately, the fish didn’t seem as fresh as I’d hoped, and it wasn’t up to the standard of some of the best sushi I’ve had. However, the service was friendly. Overall, it’s an okay option if you’re in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to dine here again

We came in & sat down, ordered, then a couple came in and sat down next to us. They ordered later & ended up getting served all of their food before most of ours was out. The excuse given several times was "we're just so busy" but when we initially walked in, sat down, & ordered- they weren't. It was only after 20 minutes of waiting when my son got his main order that the place began to get busy and I waited another 20-30 minutes for my sushi to even get to the table. We spent way too much for what we got & the avocado sushi wasn't good. I'm not sure how someone can mess up avocado sushi. I hope people have a better experience than we did but I'm not hopeful. The first time we ever tried it they were amazing but that was not the situation this time. I think we can find cheaper, tastier sushi elsewhere.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent dining experience. Despite following the positive reviews, I found it to be the worst culinary experience I've had.I ordered four different dishes, all of which were highly recommended, but to my dismay, they all tasted remarkably similar and lacked any distinct flavor profile. The salmon on the sushi was exceptionally thick and unappetizing, eliciting a strong negative reaction.The overall quality of the food was subpar, leaving much to be desired. Additionally, the portion sizes of the sushi were excessively large compared to standard servings, raising doubts about the authenticity of the positive reviews.I am left questioning the source of these glowing reviews and whether there is a discrepancy in the quality of dine-in versus carry-out orders. Overall, this experience was deeply disappointing and not reflective of the high standards I anticipated based on the reviews.
This is a Great Japanese Restaurant if you are hungry for Sushi. We usually have good time and good food.
