Inconsistent service mainly due I believe to staff being overworked. I came in on a Saturday afternoon…ordered three footlong sandwiches…as the sandwich maker was making mine, seven online orders came in, and there were seven people behind me in line for 1 person behind the counter. I went in to pick up an order, and it took me over 45 minutes to receive it. When I did get my order, the staff complained about owners not providing enough staff despite multiple attempts to get another team member. Additionally, they ran out of bread and was told I had to wait 30-45min for a new batch to bake if I wanted a sandwich.I love Subway, and the staff member was calm in consideration of the situation, but it's sad to see people overworked and underpaid, and then complaining...read full review
The sandwich prep area is very messy and some toppings are mixed into other bins. Staff looked depressed and unhappy to be there (I don't blame them). Way too expensive for what you get.
