I absolutely love the baristas at this Dutch Bros! I have been coming to DB for so long, I’ve gone in other states as well, and this is the only one that gives me that nostalgic DB vibe I remember from high school. I’ve never had a bad experience, and I will continue to spend way too much money here! You all truly make my morning!

I love Dutch Bros. in general, but we stopped by on my daughter's birthday. They gave her her birthday drink with the sprinkles and a cup of whipped cream for her birthday. My daughter loves coming here because everyone is so nice to her, and I love coming here because the coffee is good and consistent, and everyone is always friendly even when they're crazy busy.

I pulled into today like we are supposed to. Pick the shortest line right? I guess not. The employee was talking to car in front of me she was giving me a look like I had done something wrong. She then proceeded to take the other orders. I mean I get others but it's unfair but read the sign! Employees should alternate like they are supposed to. Every other Dutch in Salem does.

Well my other was way wrong I ordered a quad shot caramelized being the caramelizer already comes with three or should have only needed on extra instead I got 4 additional shots making the drink undrinkable maybe I want clear but I'm sure I repeated it several times maybe next time dutch. SmhParking: Line is always long and slower then other locations

My marine corp veteran boyfriend and I went through the line to get coffee at 9 pm. The girl working was extremely rude. He said we're veterans to have her apply the discounts. When she rang it up he had already handed her his card. When she handed him the card back and stated the total he asked "did the price change?" She said "no always the same." He stated the usual price for the discounted drinks. She said the discount only applied to one drink. He said we are both veterans. She huffed and said "well you didn't say that" he said yes I did. He asked for her name. She replied I don't have to tell you my name. She continued to be rude then said he was being rude and he hurt her feelings the last time he came in because he asked her if they could walk towards the line to keep cars from cutting in front of him. He tried to explain that he was in no way upset with her that he just wanted to go forward to keep more cars from going ahead. We have been to this location daily if not more than daily. We have never had anyone complain that he is rude. He is actually quite funny and would never intentionally be rude to anyone. We have never had anything but great interactions with the people working there until this girl. If she is willing to treat loyal customers who happen to also be veterans this way how is she treating everyone else? Thank you. Lisa
