EZ FREEZY offers a larger selection of flavors compared to other frozen yogurt shops in the area. The flavors are unique and non-repeating. However, the sneeze guard protecting the toppings is not child-friendly, as the bottom half is completely open, allowing children to breathe over the toppings.
The frozen yogurt itself is reported to be very good, but the overall experience can be impacted by employee complaints and customer service. One customer had a positive experience with a young, friendly staff member who maintained a great personality even when dealing with messes from children.
