The service was so terrible that the waited was giving everyone discounts. People were getting their own coffee. People were going to other tables to get silverware. People left with their food on the table. I counted 6 employees. There were 5 tables. When I arrived, three of the five had food at their tables. ☹️

i went there tonight just to sit there for almost an hour while the lady was walking right past us, she finally came up to our table and asked us what drink we wanted. We said we wanted a milkshake and she walked away and came back 5 minutes later just to walk to our table tell us she didn’t have ice cream and walked away didn’t even ask what else we wanted to drink to replace it. we ended up sitting there for another 15 minutes until i started crying because of how hungry i was( im also 7 months pregnant) this was the worst night ive ever had the server Ali with blonde short hair was the disrespectful one she wouldn’t even let us talk to a manager
My son and I went in around 8am on a weekday and the booth we were sat in was an unbearable stench of urine. I got up, moved away from table waiting for server to return, sat at two empty tables all smelled like that. Server returned, I mentioned why we needed to move and she sat us in another booth across the room. Then I watched them seat others to those other tables without effort to clean or detect the source. I could barely eat after that.

The place was clean as it appeared to have recently received some updating. That said, it was absolutely FREEZING and the waiter could care less. He told me, "yup the AC is on." It was only 66 outside! I grabbed a throw blanket from my trunk to get through dinner, then my 6-year-old daughter wanted to share it because she was freezing (this never happens with her). The waiter also spoke very loudly to the point it sounded like he was shouting everywhere he went. It was quite annoying. The final disappointment was that my stroganoff was barely warm. I asked him to warm it up but it quickly turned cold again because of the AC. Wasn't my favorite experience.
