“Have to order everything at once. Kind of felt rushed by our waiter even though we were trying to enjoy some bubbles and catch up as we looked at our menus. Tasted practically everything on the menu. Would be nice if we could have just ordered a dish while we browsed the menu rather than being hounded to order.“
“Thanks to Yelp reviews, we decided to give this a try. I have to say this was excellent. Service was great - our server was knowledgeable without being condescending. Ambiance was also very nice, cool decor, dark and cozy. I will note that coming in there was a weird air freshener smell, not sure what they were trying to cover, but I would rather have smelled the delicious food. Speaking of food, I just can't say enough about how great our meal was. I started with a caesar salad which was excellent (except a few croutons were so hard they were rocks). My husband got the polenta cake and is still talking about it. For my main I got the creamy ravioli - I think that was the vegetarian special, hubby got another veggie pasta dish (which was also excellent.) It seemed almost everything was noted whether there was a vegetarian or vegan option, which I truly appreciated. We each had a glass of wine, and also opted for tiramisu - which was unique with chocolate covered espresso bean chunks (I think?) on top, and nice a boozy. Sure there were a few things I noted about that weren't fabulous (weird freshener smell, rock croutons) but we cannot wait to go back and bring friends.“
“This is our first time there. Super cute building -very cozy. Everyone that worked there was super kind. The food was delicious. We got the goat cheese and calamari- they were great starters. Then we got scallops and seafood fra diavolo. Absolutely delicious. Lastly, we got the kettle chip dulce de leche ice cream for dessert and that was really good too. If you like fresh brewed iced tea, their iced tea is really good too. We are definitely coming back. This is a great spot for a date night!“
“We had a magical time celebrating our adult son's birthday. The service was at the next level, the food was delicious, and the space and ambiance were so comfortable. The wine list gave us some great options as well. Highly recommend this place.“
“pizza was great. service was sub-par. we were there for about an hour. server took our order, got our drinks, then checked on us 40 minutes after that. we asked for a refill of kids drink and server forgot about it, then brought us our check 20 minutes later.“
“One of the very best restaurants in Portland. The food and service excel. I appreciate that the have at least three tables with comfortable chairs which is rare in Portland where restaurant seating is usually a torture experience. I may be mistaken but the lasagna recipe seem changed. I think it had a bit too much sauce.“
“Italian Baseball at the Portland Waterfront? Whot?Yes. IL TERRAZZO is where their Italian Cuisine dishes send you outa-the-park like a Grand Slam. Try the Bolognese with San Marzano tomatoes (Ragù della Domenica), the Sweet Italian (sausage) Ragù, the Bruschetta, and the Burrata. But it’s The Whole Enchilada- the Staff, the View, the Ambience, the Cannolis… the Everything. We’re visiting from the Other Washington… DC. Go ahead and Make Us Jealous … by Treating yourselves to an Amazing Experience. Mangia. Tutte bene.“
“Hot damn, the meatballs are UNREAL. So fresh and incredible flavor. First time at this food truck and the portions are HUGE, the pasta was so fresh, and seating patio was perfect even in the winter in Oregon! Heated and covered! 10/10 and the owner was so kind and provided the best most welcoming service. This was our first time and was such a hidden surprise!“
“Phenomenal! My wife and I went for Valentine's Day and it was a magical experience! To begin, we were a bit early and the previous diners were running a bit long so Kate offered to come grab us at the nearby saloon while we waited. This was incredibly kind, and greatly appreciated. The portions on the food were perfect, if wanting you to have more of each course since it was so incredibly delicious. The shellfish, the salad, the pasta with the popover (never had before and it was heavenly!), and the filet Mignon which has ruined all future steaks for me. The desert was decadent and had the right amount of chocolate, sweetness, and flavor that made each bite an experience unto itself.I regret not getting the wine pairing, but thankfully our fellow diners did and they were praising it after every sip (that FOMO hits hard) and the sommelier was kind, knowledgeable, and apparently knew his stuff. We're excited to go back and see what new creations Don and Kate create!Thank you so very much for a one-of-a-kind experience in a beautiful and intimate place.“
“This place is good but pricey. I paid $45 for loaf of bread (a traditional Italian Easter bread) and $20 for 4 meatballs. That's pretty steep in my opinion Also tried the lasagna which cost $16 per square it is a large square but you have to heat it yourself and to be honest I thought it was ok... I felt like it was too cheesy and needed more tomato flavor. My husband agreed.“
“This is the new go-to lunch and dinner spot for all Portland adventurers.Amazing meal! You can taste the high quality of the ingredients and the love put into the food. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere is perfect for anything from first dates, to family dinners, to business lunches. I cannot wait to come back. Perfect 10’s!P.S best wine selection in Portland!“
“I used to work at one of the Geraldis in Arkansas and it was pretty spot on to what I know. Worth the 3 hr drive. I ordered the Italian sausage and they cut it into medallions instead of lengthwise. Other than that, flavor match is what I remember. Very good. I’ll need to come back and get the chicken parm sandwich and the Chicago beef.“
“This place was shockingly good with service to match. I had spaghetti with meatballs and my wife had beef stroganoff. Both were of the highest quality. Each bite made me stop and think about all of the flavors. It's not a fancy restaurant by any means and it's small, but that's not any reason not to go. There is a decent sized parking lot.“
“After the move, I will be here more oftenHappy hour menu is tight, but well priced. Time to try the full Italian menu on a date night.Just went tonight. The happy hour menu is short but the burger is awesome... Order it as rare as the cook will cook it.“

“My date picked this spot for a spontaneous lunch date, and we were both so happy we came!I tried the fried Brussels sprouts, which I honestly couldn't have done better myself. They were so tasty, sinfully good even ?She tried the black truffle pasta, and the delicata fritters, and we were both totally blown away by all the food.I'm definitely coming back for more! Gotta try the eggplant parmesan next!!“
“My husband and I dined in the cozy lounge where we were able to choose from three menus! Chef Marco delivered our Veal and Maui Maui entrees. Both were cooked to perfection with savory sauces and vegetables. We highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner:)Parking: There is plenty of street parking within walking distance.“
“It was a wonderful dining experience. We came in a bit before closing and were served in a very Italian way. There was no rush, no haste, the staff was talkative and friendly. The food was delicious and authentic. This is a small family owned restaurant making you feel like you could be in some small town in Italy. This is definitely going to be a regular spot for me.“
“Went early on a Thursday evening with wife to celebrate an occasion. I brought a bottle of wine from my cellar and my wife had glasses sparkling wine. Service was attentive without being too much. I had a bread and olives to start, followed by a Caesar salad and beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes & broccolini. My wife had oysters, mixed greens and ravioli. We shared a bread pudding for dolce. Everything was excellent.“
“Visiting Portland for the holidays to visit family and walked downtown to see the beautiful tree all lit up for Christmas and stopped at Grassa for a late lunch. Wow, fantastic pasta.I ordered the Mac & Cheese, plain with no pork or other toppings. The dish was so creamy and tasty, I loved every bite.My partner ordered the Spaghetti Aglio Olio and said it was too salty but he was able to eat most of the bowl. Our son ordered the Carbonara and loved every bite. We also ordered the garlic bread which was just average, kinda dry and not full of flavor.Overall, great pasta and worth a try.“
“Bar Rione is a lovely wine bar next door to Piazza Italia, an authentic Italian, tasty, affordable food with classic Italian service and beautiful wine selection. Friendly, clean, and happy environment for great food. Annually, the put on a Truffle Dinner with a guest chef from Italy who brings black truffles for the meal. Special event with special people.“
“Best Italian food I've had in what feels like forever. The service was excellent. This is what going out to dinner used to feel like. I had forgotten what good service was like until I came here. Kind, attentive, polite servers, crazy good food and an old school atmosphere. This will be my new go-to spot for a date night or family dinner out“
“Love coming here for breakfast..I always get the benedicts but my partner gets the powdered toast thing. I don't remember what it's called. But the servers here are always lovely, the food is delicious, and it's a nice calm place to sit and have a Delicious breakfast. One of my fav "hidden" gems in the Pearl.“
“My wife and I stopped by for a quick and unplanned "date nite." When we arrived at 6:30 pm on Saturday we saw no one in the dining room (hmmm), but we decided to dive in. The place is quaint and a bit of a "hole in the wall" as it is in a strip mall. BUT, they have done a great job with the design. We were greeted promptly and placed our order at the counter. Quick payment and we were off to the table. Note: You grab your own silverware and fill you own drinks. The food came out quickly. Bread. Salad. Main course. Not a bad deal. I had a simple bowl of pasta for $10.95. My wife's order came in a just under $20. The food looked and tasted great. By the time the food arrived, five more groups came in. Overall, we liked the place, and expect to come back.“
“Absolutely worth it! Mason's was introduced to me by my good friends Matt and Jenny. The owners shop at their pet stores. I first went their for an employee holiday party and then twice with my fiancé. I will tell you to make reservations as seating is limited and they tend to be busy. The place is beautiful though even though it is small. It's cozy and nice. They have specials as well as their normal menu. Nothing has ever disappointed us while we are there. If you need gluten free they have that as well! The oil they give you to dip your bread is AMAZING. Drinks are great there with a wide selection of liquor. Service is great most times. We went once and I think they were short staffed is all. Other then that it has been great every time!“
“It was a perfect day and a perfect lunch, celebrating a special birthday. Food, as always, delicious, and perfectly paired with our wine. Carson was the most attentive and professional server and added to our enjoyment! We will come to Riccardo's again and again.“
“I feel like I’m at home when I come to Justa! I usually order the kale salad. Today it felt so cold out I ordered the bucatini was prawns and Manila clams. Loved it so much. It was perfect with a glass of Prosecco. Can’t wait to come back again. Cheers!!!“
“I've been driving by this restaurant for years as an Uber/Lyft driver. So I've been planning to go for a long time. Will I go back? I don't think so. There are just too many other restaurants that I haven't tried. That will probably be more to my liking.===2 of my girls and I had the opportunity to go on 3/3/24 for dinner. The wait staff was awesome. The food was extremely expensive. Two of us got the pork chops, and one got the seafood pasta. The pork chop was tough to cut. But once you got through that and started eating it. It was very tender & Had really good flavor. But the mashed potatoes were barely warm. One of the girls said that her pasta was blah, but her Italian soda was awesome. Now, after having said all of that. When we went to pay for our dinners , we were automatically charged a tip or (fee) on each meal. Mine was $5.85. I don't know what the other girls were charged. Not OKAY!! So because I didn't know what it was, I did NOT tip on topDietary restrictions: They offered gluten free positive but you had to request it.Parking: There was a parking lot across from the restaurant and there was pay to park in front of the restaurant. Side note this is not wheelchair friendly. There's three steps to get into the restaurant an awkward placement of doors.Kid-friendliness: While we were there we noticed that there were several people that brought their children.“
“Staff is super friendly and helpful during the ordering process. They are also super sweet and charming! I was having a rough day and this coffee helped me through the day. He even said if I didn't like it I could change it since it was a slow day. Such a sweet individual.Dietary restrictions: I am a vegan and they had many choices to pick for and helpful suggestions!“
“Great chill vibes, with fantastic food. I observed families and parties at the table, though my solo experience at the bar was top notch. Thanks to Hyacinth in particular for the curated drink suggestions and general vibe curationDietary restrictions: Very Accommodating for gluten free options“
“Probably the best Italian meal we've had outside of our recent trip to Florence. Absolutely*outstanding* service from Evan and the team behind the scenes. The highlight was the ridiculously huge selection of Amaris that are available to taste. Flavours I've not found outside of coffee and wine!We had the focaccia (huge and delicious) the carpaccio (bright, rich and umami), the radicchio salad (radicchioulously tasty), the caccio (cheese bomb) and the Pomodoro (best outside of Italy). All were 5*.Cannot rate this place highly enough. If you are keen, ask Evan for a Negroni. It was life changing.“
“This place was amazing! The food was impeccable (we ordered prix fixe), the service was attentive, friendly and very well organized, the seating was excellent, the wine pairing was perfect, what else is there to say? If we are ever in Portland this is absolutely getting another visit!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!“
“This was my families first visit to Giovanni's, and we were not disappointed. We were originally heading to the Olive Garden but remembered hearing about this place from a friend & we're always looking for smaller local businesses. As soon as we walked in, we were hit with all the amazing smells!! People were leaving with carry out pizzas left and right. It took no time at all to get seated despite the fact that it was still pretty busy at 8:30pm. The menu had so many choices that it was difficult for us to narrow it down.....we wanted to try everything!! Once we ordered, our salads came our very quickly & our food was not too far behind. The chicken parm was fantastic, although I was not too impressed with the lasagna. My husband loved his chicken parm w/spaghetti, he also enjoyed my lasagna :) My son loved his ravioli and spaghetti combo (+meatball) also. The portions were large & we each took home about half of what we ordered. Next time, we plan on trying some of the pizzas, including the taco, the margherita & more!!“
“The atmosphere is warm, cozy, and romantic. You can tell the food is made with love. Sugo se carne is wonderful. The Nebbiolo wine has to be one of the best I’ve ever had; medium dry full red bodied with strong notes of red berries. Delicious. 100% coming back. Plus parking isn’t too “
“My partner and I have been fans of Pastini but had not eaten at the Bridgeport location. There was a nearly hour wait to get seated on a Saturday night, but boy was it worth it. We got excellent service from Ina, who was friendly, willing to answer any questions, and prompt in delivering our food. Prices here are excellent for the value of the food you get. Their pesto is some of the freshest I've ever had, and I fell in love with the meat sauce pasta that my boyfriend ordered. Even better was the soup of the day, which was a bacon corn chowder, that I'll definitely be craving for a long time. For dessert, they have a few good options that they typically offer at Italian restaurants, and we'd highly recommend their gelato. The restaurant was nice and clean, simple but comforting yet classy. Excellent experience here and we plan to return for sure (we just hope the chowder will be there when we do).“
“Best caprese panini ever!!!! It’s my go to sandwich and I’ve tried them at a lot of places but have never been this blown away! Loaded with arugula, pesto, and fresh mozz I am really amazed. Plus the person working was so nice! 11/10Parking: Big parking lot“
“Had lunch by myself here and loved it. Quiet, clean, organized, gooooood food, reasonable price, and kind people. I added a meat ball for 3.5 ish to basil pesto based pasta with basil tomato soup. GoEun was amazing server and so kind that she waited for me figuring out for not having physical credit card (apple pay is not available in this restaurant)“
“You can't beat their prices and the pizza is really good for the price. My favorite is the flat bread pizza. The workers are nice enough. It's also convenient to grab drinks and snacks to go with the pizza while you wait. I've definitely had better pizza, but I'd get this again for good cheap pizza“
“Beautiful place. Great food. I didn’t eat all of my salad and asked for a “to go box”. Not only did they bring me a box, they brought me a made salad, with a side of dressing so I could have a fresh salad tomorrow “not soggy left overs.” Such a small act of kindness will leave a mark forever. My family and I will be back, many times.“
“Great meal here with our 7 year old who was the only kid in the whole place while we were there. Food was very good particularly the pasta dishes. Service was lovely, helpful and kind but not at all pretentious. Prices were so reasonable considering the quality and quantity of food and drinks. Very satisfying meal. We’ll return on another trip to Portland.“
“Rovente had been our go-to pizza delivery for years when living in NE. We were very excited to learn there's one in Tigard when moving here a year ago. Just as good as the one on the Eastside! I think we've tried just about all of their specialty pies and they've all been great. Fast delivery, easy online ordering and rewards too!“
“We had latte caramello and cappuccino vienese. I wasn't expecting the level of goodness from the creamy whip topping. We enjoyed a sunny Saturday wine testing on Feb 11. Eight tasteful varieties at $20 per person. There are plenty of choices to purchase and take home. The next event is March 11We visited again on Feb 25. Two more great coffees to go and a treat to watch it come together.“
“This was our first time at Grassa and it did not disappoint! The food was amazing and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We even had a misunderstanding about ingredients and the front manager, Andy, not only took care of it right away for us, he also comped the meal, which amazed us. We will most definitely be back!We had the Luke, the Miles, a Caesar salad, garlic bread, and the gnocchi. All of it amazing!“
“For the most part I have a good experience at this particular Olive Garden. Today the waitress went on and BEYOND to offer us exceptional customer service!! Also, my carmel iced coffee tasted way better than it usually dose. It was extra creamy and I loved it❤️❤️❤️. The minestroni soup, like always, is to die for, so healthy and delish!!!Vegetarian options: Minestroni soup 100% cooked veggies and beans. It's like a V8 but in a warm delicious soup. You won't feel slugish or sleepy after eating it. It will give your body POWER!!“
“After a long day of traveling, We stopped at Il Solito for a late dinner (conveniently located next to our hotel). My husband and I just split a couple of apps (meatballs and focaccia bread). It was absolutely amazing! The food was so fresh and flavorful. The wine recommendation for RJ, our waiter was perfect! Speaking of RJ, he provided top notch service. He was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. If dining at Il Solito I highly recommend asking to sit in his section! Well done Il Solito!“
“Pretty classy Italian restaurant in central Beaverton with some innovative offerings on the menu. Honestly, I might say that it's even a bit too classy over here, though I appreciate the size of the offerings for what you pay for. Everything I've tried here is rich with flavor and you can tell it's freshly made. The braised beef pasta had a delicious wine-based flavor but it was a bit overpowering for my tastes, not sure if it's because my taste palette isn't refined enough though. Their ricotta cheesecake was also delectable but a bit too much for me. If you want a fancy experience with interesting Italian dishes on the menu, this is the place to go, though. Service is great and didn't feel snooty, our waitress was attentive and willing to answer any questions. Place is clean and well decorated.“
“We ordered the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer. The dip and bread tastes good. The dip was unique with the spice they added.I ordered the Mama Calda pizza. Definitely a two or three person meal. I ate one slice and I was full. It was a bit too heavy on the cheese and toppings for me.My husband ordered the gnocchi. The flavor of the sauce was fantastic.“
“The Ragu was excellent, had a lot going on, some crunchy but slightly caramelized and sweet onion, lamb that had been slow cooked to perfection, some mushrooms that had been cooked to about the ideal consistency and moisture content all in a creamy sauce that coats penne noodles that have been cooked to a chewy al dente. The minestrone was a little bland but a little bit of salt elevated it to a solid standing.“
“Our family really loves this pizzeria! They have the best wings and kale salad in addition to their pizzas. I love the garlic bread and we always order the Soprasetta And the Italian sausage pizzas to share.! This is our favorite pizza place!“
“Our area needs more small businesses and especially restaurants! We wandered into Gambino's one day, and we've probably been back a half a dozen times now! It's a super cute and cozy environment, food is amazing, and service is always great! Definitely recommend trying it out, you won't be disappointed!“
