Had a iced mocha and the coffee was burnt as usual Forgot order light roast The atmosphere was good The staff were friendly and polite Service was fast But Starbucks insists on serving such bitter dark roasted coffee and people who don't know any better put up with it Just hard to believe And so many stores, like a virus on better taste
I always hesitate to reviews chain establishments because they are usually so similar. This is an exception because of the outstanding service I always receive. They take even the most complex order with patience and a smile. They are quick to complete your order and when there was a slight delay, nothing out of the standard for a Starbucks, I received a drink for free for the wait. We were even offered a snack for the kids while we waited. Love this location!

I had the BEST experience at this drive thru!! The kind gentleman working the window was incredibly personable and took time to learn about me as a customer, even though there was a busy line! He was welcoming from the second my order was taken, letting me know he was "excited to see me at the window!" I wasn't having the best day, but he brightened my day immediately! This location is generally out of the way for me, but I will gladly make my way back over there just for another...read full review
