No one wants to eat old, cold, fries and no one wants to pay for them either. Are you guys actually in the business of selling food that people want to eat and exchange money for? I thought that was the entire business model. Kind of hard to pull off when your food sucks. Might want to talk to your staff about a timer if they can't judge when it's time to throw away old, cold, dry product. Drive thru has been good to me the last few times I just wanted to grab a quick burger. I don't eat out often, but I feel like it's hard to go wrong with Carl's Jr.Parking: Ample parking in the parking lot in front of the building.

I absolutely love the staff at this location! They are the best! I've haven't had an issue with the food here in at least over a year! The shift lead/Manager is a really nice guy and is always friendly.
