I absolutely love the staff at this location! They are the best! I've haven't had an issue with the food here in at least over a year! The shift lead/Manager is a really nice guy and is always friendly.

I'm not sure what happened but over the last few years this location has gone terribly down hill the food is always cold or covered in sauce the orders are almost always wrong or missing

My mother disliked this drive-thru ladies attitude. She looked to be part Hispanic, part American. I didn't pay attention too good, but she seemed to have bad customer service. Our fried chicken sandwiches were chewy... like they were not done completely? It was off-putting. My mom and I did not like the cold french fries, like they just sat out awhile...
I'm hoping it was just a one-off, we ordered through the drive-thru and we're told we needed to park, so we parked in the front of the building, a few moments later a lady came out with a bag of food so I rolled my window down, expecting it to be for me, she just looks at me and says can I help you with a snarky attitude, I tell her that I'm parked in the waiting spot and I'm expecting two burgers, she lets me know that it's probably for me and gives it to me and walks off, I hope it up the bag before I leave and it's not what we ordered, I get out of the store, go inside and talk to somebody who I believe is a manager and told them. Them. They took the food back and brought me out the correct food, however the burger that I verified wasn't mine. I had to open and she gave it to another customer which was a little concerning. The food taste however was also off, I ordered to guacamole bacon burger and it just didn't taste quite right

The food here is pretty good chicken strips are probably the best in town and it maybe a but more then cheap but its a good price for good food

No one wants to eat old, cold, fries and no one wants to pay for them either. Are you guys actually in the business of selling food that people want to eat and exchange money for? I thought that was the entire business model. Kind of hard to pull off when your food sucks. Might want to talk to your staff about a timer if they can't judge when it's time to throw away old, cold, dry product. I won't spend my money here again, I will drive past it everyday on my way home from work and choose somewhere else to give my hard earned money to, as I'm sure many others who have had a bad experience here will too. That's a lot of loss in revenue. Adds up.

The staff is friendly and great, but every single time that I go into the men's room at this restaurant there is pee all over the seats and it smells like the inside of a porta potty. The bathrooms are not kept clean.
